Unzip them to a common directory. The .tif files contain
a topography as a grayscale image, and the .rgb file contains a texture
map. Use tif_to_orog.exe with 10 m pixel size to create the topography.
Then edit the .cfg file to use the new files.

The light pixels indicate a galaxy, and the topography is the
result of a low pass filter of the light pixels.
This is supposed to simulate the gravity field in deep space.
The scale here is about 1 billion light years across the image.
