To get on-line with SurfnetUSA, you must fill out a New User Sign-Up sheet, sign our Terms and Conditions form AND make/send a payment for one full month.  If signing up via fax or on-line, payment is due within five (5) business days of first login date.  This can be done by mail, on-line, fax, or in person, the latter three being the fastest.  After we have received these documents (only the last page of the Terms and Cond. is required), you will be registered.  We will provide you with a step by step manual (available for Win 95 - 98 only) on connecting to the Internet with SurfnetUSA , a worksheet to help you configure your computer, and a browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer), if you don't have one installed already.  We also offer excellent technical support to help you get connected.  We activate all new accounts the same day, if received by 3:00 p.m.
