What we do:
All of our dial-up modems are 56k USRobotics with the V.90 standard.  We offer ISDN 64 or 128.  DSL lines are available at 192 kbps -1.5 Mbps for faster connections.  We also offer Centrex ISDN in the Scotts Valley area.  Our backbone network provider is UUNet technologies, "the world's most advanced and reliable Internet network".  We also have a deisel powered back-up system which ensures virtually no down time for our customers. We operate on a WindowsNT 4.0 platform, and we have a very low customer-to-modem ratio, at 8 to 1.
